Oblivion technologies offers a 15 day money back guarantee on desktop computers unopened that are still in its original sealed packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To start a return you must contact Oblivion Technologies support team to obtain RMA (Return material authorization) number, make sure to have the invoice of the return item. After the shipment has been received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. For desktops that have been opened, we do not accept returns.
